Official Launch of Web Synergies’ developed Windows Phone 7 Application
Companies have started using the newly developed Windows 7 Application to the advantage of their businesses. The newly developed Windows Phone application is a joint-partnership effort between Microsoft and Web Synergies. With this new Microsoft application, the wired crowd can look forward to a leveled up experience of mobile phone usage.
Doubtless that PC surfing still dominates online usage behavior, however, the increasing pace in life and the need of instant reach for information has propelled the need to constantly stay connected, be it anytime, anywhere. This is especially getting even more crucial for on-the-go, time-poor business people who hardly have the time to check all information while on travels. One of those who recently launched the usage of this application is Wanderlust Hotel. Through the app just recently launched, customers can now enjoy the luxury of booking a hotel room from anytime, anywhere. Besides convenience, the new Wanderlust app allows Wanderlust’s potential customers a virtual experience of the hotel – customers are able to virtually experience the hotel even before stepping into it. The app even allows for the flexibility of physically walking around the hotel and visiting rooms before submitting a reservation on the spot - a promising boost to the business as the app help expedite consumer decision making.
The night life industry looks poised to ride the bandwagon too. The Butter Factory is one of the local clubs eagerly awaiting for the Windows Marketplace approval process. The club’s app features a monthly events calendar, an eMagazine for the club and a pop quiz.
The excitement for mobile gadgets and apps continues to be on the rise. For example, restaurants are also looking into developing apps on iPads to facilitate menu browsing as well as helping kids stay occupied with games while parents enjoy their meal. With this hype, the potential for the mobile apps appears to be just like the saying – the sky’s the limit.
