Yokogawa Electrical International awarded to Web Synergies a Business Scorecard System implementation for their global and regional level scorecard needs using the business scorecard and BI product called ZAP. In the first phase of the project, ZAP will work closely with Web Synergies to analysis, design and develop cubes for selected KPIs identified at global and regional levels. In the phase 1b, engineering KPIs will be designed and implemented.
As part of the project
- Web Synergies analysed a few business scorecard and BI products with Yokogawa in a due diligence stage to identify a product for Yokogawa to use for all its KPI, business scorecard and business intelligence (BI) needs.
- ZAP BI suit has been selected to use as product
- Web Synergies and ZAP will be involved in the initial analysis, design and development of multi-dimensional cubes and relevant scorecards
- ZAP conducts technical training on the product to Web Synergies
- Web Synergies will continue enhance and extend the implementation to other areas besides financial in the next phases of this project
- ZAP works on .NET framework 2.0 and MS SQL Server 2005 database and analysis services.
