Web Synergies, together with our partner, Teemedia,
one of the top creative design consultancy firms in
Singapore, has been appointed by Aerospec Supplies Pte
Ltd to deliver web based operations management system
to automate the complete operations of its headquarters
and branch offices in Asia.
Calling it as a strategic step towards future in providing
maximized and whole solutions for their clientele, Teemedia
selected Web Synergies as its partner to design, develop
and implement customized solution to meet the needs
of Aerospec, one of the top aerospace skilled workers
sourcing company in Singapore.
The system is called 'RAPID', which is expected to
minimize the life cycle of supplying the human resources
for clients' requirements to 50% against the present
system process. "And some of these operations are
being carried out manually at present, which is very
tiresome and laborious for the existing staff. Most
of the times, staff needs to spend late nights and weekends
to catch up the quality service for their clients"
added David, General Manager, Aerospec.
As part of this contract, Web Synergies will be developing
the following systems.
- Payroll Management
- Recruitment and Resume Management
- Workers Management
- Leave Management
- Housing Management for Employees
- Client Servicing System
- Training Management System
- Taxation & IR8A
- Project Management
- System Administration and Security Management
All the above systems are web based and tightly integrated
with each other. All the systems are centrally managed
from Singapore and the other branch offices in Asia
will make use of this web-based system.
Security is handled at database level, application
level and form level. Also network security is inserted
using Secure Socket Layer.
"The solution is being developed on the latest
web technology platform, Microsoft.NET framework and
XML web services architecture. This will increase the
performance of the application by 300% compared to using
other existing web technologies in the market today.
And moreover, it is scalable and easy to interface with
external systems because of its universal architecture.

The system is targeted to implement within SIX months
i.e by August 2004. Our team members are dedicated,

sooner than the prescribed timeframe
The solution is using MS SQL Server 2000 as Database
and Windows 2003 Server for its web and database server
Operating System.
