Web Synergies (S) Pte Ltd is proud to announce that its industry standard SCORM-compliant comprehensive Training Management System (also known as Learning Management System or LMS) has been implemented company-wide for Siltronic Samsung Wafer Pte Ltd in September 2009.
This system is expected to bring manifold efficiencies in the way training activities are conducted within the learning organisation. Through the LMS portal, employees' learning activities are co-ordinated which includes on-the-job training, internal classroom courses, offsite training, and even those offered by external training institutes.
As part of the project, Web Synergies (S) Pte Ltd carried the following tasks.
- Training Management System Customisation
- Integration and Synchronization With Active Directory (AD)
- Integration Interface to other their internal system
- Integration Interface to HRM system
- Integration with industry standard (SCORM) compliant courseware developed using Adobe Captivate 3.0
- Testing and Quality Assurance
- User Training and Deployment
