To extend the functionality of the LMS, TFCI launched the Web Synergies developed LMS phase 2.2 to offer courses that are e-Learning enabled. At present TFCI is only offering courses in classrooms. This improvement will allow TFCI to also offer blended learning courses, that is a combination of both class-room and/or e-Learning.

This phase also allows TFCI to become a one stop training solutions center for all the bank's training activities besides its original business objective of offering financial courses to the external market and corporations. This will provide the fillip for TFCI to win over the huge internal business in the bank itself to make its operations more successful and profitable.

With this phase of functionality, WS_EduPortal and LMS solutionswill successfully overcome the problems that the bank has with its present LMS offering. Before, staff cannot access the LMS from outside the office. With the changes, TFCI LMS can be accessed by internal bank employees from outside the bank or inside the bank from their desks.
