After joining NEC Singapore Pte Ltd, Gideon developed two major applications for the company, Tourism ONE and Hotel ONE, which were among the batch of pioneer applications developed and showcased for Asia Telecom 97. After leaving NEC, Gideon, then 27 only, set up Web Synergies (S) Pte Ltd without real plans but at least a bedroom to work from. The company has since won numerous accolades and an award for the United Nations Environment Programme for the Asia Pacific website for its excellence in web development.

In his current position of CEO of Web Synergies (S) Pte Ltd, Gideon oversees major government and private sector IT projects, e.g., for Housing & Development Board, Singapore (HDB) and Sony, Merrill Lynch, etc. In addition, he has conducted workshops for the International Trade Institute of Singapore, a subsidiary of IE (Singapore international trade development board), in topics like ecommerce, Electronic Customer Relationship Management and Internet Marketing. The National Youth Achievement Award Council, in recognition of his experience, had asked him to be a judge for a national schools website competition.

Prabhu presently heads the Sales and Marketing at Web Synergies (S) Pte Ltd. Prior to taking over Sales and Marketing Prabhu was the CTO of the company and the same time he was acting CEO of Web Synergies (S) Pte Ltd India from September 2005 to streamline the development center operations and business development there.

He joined Web Synergies (S) Pte Ltd 1st December 1999 as Senior Software Analyst and since then he took various roles as Project Lead, Project Manager, Senior Manager and CTO. He puts together his vast IT technical and project management skills with his strong team management skills.

Born in India, Prabhu worked more than 4 years as a management board member and IT systems manager for a reputed high school and then more than two years as a systems analyst for a major software development company in India.

Experienced in project management and company's all development activities, He also participate in the high level design of business and workflow systems, web portals and enterprise intranet applications. He has proven experience in leading the teams to deliver the applications on time with quality. Prabhu also oversee the work of the Web Synergies (S) Pte Ltd development teams in Singapore and India. His portfolio encompasses major developments for highly reputed clients like Sony, BASF, HP, Standard Chartered, Caterpillar, NEC Singapore, Housing and Development Board and The Singapore Supreme Court, Singapore Police Force and many other SMEs and MNCs in Singapore and over the region.
