Enterprise Synergies has first and foremost focused its growth on client satisfaction. But more and more, before being able to satisfy a client with a well-finished product, on must be able to win the client's account by providing a maximum of guarantees that the appointment as a vendor is as risk free as possible. Hence, international organizations, leading technology companies and government agencies have developed systematic certifications with very specific frameworks enabling to assess before hand the quality of a vendor. Below are the different levels of certification achieved by Enterprise Synergies as well as its short-term objectives.

a) Singapore Government Certifications:

EPPU S4 by Singapore Government:
In October 2002, Web Synergies (S) Pte Ltd has been certified for 3 years by the Expenditure & Procurement Policies Unit of the Ministry of Finance as official Government Supplier in the Software Development category for contract up to S$500,000 (Acrobat document). Several contracts have already been won and honored in that category.

Recently, Enterprise Synergies has also delivered projects in the six and seven figure range, thanks to tenders and projects won with partners such as NEC, Singapore Computer Systems (SCS) or Sony. The company is now planning to win a direct accreditation for projects with a financial limit of S$1 million.

b) International standard Organization (ISO):

Enterprise Synergies is currently planning to get ISO 9001:2000 certified. Though Enterprise Synergies has in the past achieved project with quality control requirements well above ISO 9001, we believe that such a certification will consolidate the company's position and image as a quality builder.

c) Microsoft Partner Certification:

As part of its consolidation strategy, becoming a Certified Microsoft is a logical step. Though very familiar and comfortable with open source developments, the majority of missions are still Microsoft-technology driven. In addition, Microsoft's .Net initiative gives a tremendous amount of new incentives for developers from all over the world to express their skills and creativity. In that context of "fast openness" being a Singapore Microsoft Certified Partner (MCP) will give us access to the freshest developments from Seattle and help us in anticipating the evolving needs of our clients. Being a Microsoft Certified Partner is also, of course, a sign of recognition of the talent of our people and of the quality of our work.
