We have extensive development and implementation knowledge in "Computerized Cash Register System" an end-to-end web based payment collection system. Our solutions web based solution expertise is one of the first of its kind in the world (most of the Point-of-Sales systems are using client server technology). Our application architecture supports the operations of the collection points (branches) to accept and process payments. Our knowledge is extended to an integrated "Finance Module" for churning out branch-wise summary reports, financial reports and other statistics.
The backend module allows a user to define various collection branches and different kinds of Product Categories for the dynamic population of product items. The front-end collection module allows collection over the counters via real-time or near real-time electronic (EFTPOS, Cashcard, NETS) and direct receipting (cash, cheque, cashier's order) mode of payments. Printing is integrated with an EPSON device for receipt generation and along with cash drawer mechanism for cash payments. Processes like bounce cheque payments, refunds and reconciliation for the finance department along with daily/month reports and Cash Book are also handled within the framework.
