Web Synergies E-Ops! is an enterprise level product to manage the HR operations of an organisation. It is a next generation HR system which allows an organisation to manage their internal employees and those who are outsourced to other companies. The system has flexibility to manage multiple organisations employees from the same administration interface. It has strong system administration and security authentication modules to maintain the data security for network and access levels. It has IR8A and Appendix 8A for employee income tax returns management. It comes with integration mechanism for employee salaries for GIRO with member banks systems. The product is web based and built on the Microsoft .NET platform.
